Eligibility & Qualifications
1) Players must be at least 35 years of age.
2) At least 5 years must have passed since the candidates last participation in tennis, with priority to those who date back the furthest. Any player who is 60 years old and still playing is exempt from the five-
3) Candidates who have made the most outstanding contributions to tennis.
4) Selection is based on outstanding play, coaching achievement, volunteer services to tennis.
5) Sportsmanship and character are also considered.
6) As a volunteer – creating and working with tennis programs to significantly expand and grow the game of tennis.
7) Priority shall go to the oldest candidate by date of birth when other credentials are equal.
8) The members of the organization are encouraged to take action as a body to seek out people who are qualified for nomination. There is a maximum of 3 candidates per year/
9) Selection to the HOF shall be voted on by the committee.
10) Three years after receiving a nomination, if a nominee is not selected, that person must be re-
